Cover letters are one of the most important elements of the application process. A strong cover letter can place you ahead of the applicant pool, while a poor cover letter can take you out of the running.
This month, I sat down with Erin Pope to discuss how students can create stand-out cover letters. Pope is a media relations specialist at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus.
