Fundraising Can Actually Be Fun with the 2011 National FUNdraising Bowl

Have no fear – the FUNdraising Bowl is here!
The 2011 National FUNdraising Bowl is an opportunity for your Chapter to raise funds, share best practices with other Chapters and compete for two free registrations to the PRSSA 2011 National Conference.
And it’s simple.
All Chapters who participate will be added to the 2010-2011 FUNdraising Bowl Playbook. What’s the Playbook? It’s a collection of fundraisers that Chapters have completed – and a tool for other Chapters to gain ideas about fundraisers they can implement.
Each fundraiser is complete with a timeline, a suggested number of Chapter members needed to implement the event and a step-by-step guide to planning it. Whether your Chapter wants to raise $50 or $2,000, there is likely a fundraiser that fits your Chapter’s needs in the Playbook.
Your Chapter has two more opportunities to participate in the Bowl. Fundraisers from Sept. 1, 2010 to April 29, 2011 will be accepted. Submit any or all of your events. For the months of March and April, one Chapter will be randomly selected and featured in the Chapter News section of the PRSSA website. The selected Chapter then goes to the “Playoffs” for the chance to win two free Conference registrations.
